TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer of the Seller - Sole Proprietor (FOP) Yuliia Trostynska - to conclude a sales agreement for the purchase of goods presented in the online store.
1.2. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer.
1.3. The agreement shall be considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller or at the moment the payment is successfully completed.
1.4. The online store operates on the international market via the Shopify platform, and all sales are carried out remotely.

Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept such goods.
2.2. The assortment, prices, specifications, images, and descriptions of the goods are indicated on the website and may be updated without prior notice.
2.3. Product images may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the goods due to screen color display settings and lighting conditions.

Order Placement

3.1. Orders are placed exclusively through the shopping cart on the online store website.
3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during checkout (address, email, phone number).
3.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation email.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect customer information.

Price, Currency, and Payment

4.1. All prices on the website are indicated in the currency specified on the website (USD / EUR / other) and may be automatically converted depending on the Buyer’s country.
4.2. Payment is made online through the payment methods available on the website (bank cards, international payment services).
4.3. The moment of payment is considered to be the successful confirmation of the transaction by the payment system.
4.4. The Buyer’s bank or payment provider may charge additional fees for international transactions.

Shipping and International Deliveries

5.1. Shipping is carried out within Ukraine and internationally via logistics and courier services.
5.2. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
5.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
5.4. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees may be charged according to the laws of the destination country and are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5.5. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or force majeure circumstances.
5.6. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. Conditions for return:
— the goods have not been used;
— the original appearance, packaging, and tags are preserved;
— proof of purchase is provided.
6.3. The cost of international return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.
6.4. Custom-made items, personalized orders, and delicate textile products may be non-returnable in accordance with applicable law.
6.5. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
6.6. In case the goods are defective or of improper quality, the Buyer has the right to request an exchange or a refund.

Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials on the website (including images, design, texts, logos, and the Chadrin brand) are the intellectual property of the Seller.
7.2. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of website materials without the prior written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

Liability of the Parties

8.1. The parties shall be liable in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, delivery delays, or misuse of the goods.

Force Majeure

9.1. The parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to war, logistics disruptions, sanctions, technical failures of payment systems, or other emergencies beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. This Public Offer and all legal relations arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
